Jogging=Blah.
Today my loving husband asked me to go on a light jog with him. First of all, I hate jogging and running. I'd rather do 500 jumping jacks. Second of all, how could I resist his handsome face?
I couldn't.
So, I threw on some workout clothes and tennis shoes and went with him. I about died after the first block. We had to walk multiple time. I was glad to see every "stop walking" light come on when we arrived at a crossing road.... gave me a chance to breath. We only went about one or two miles, but that was better than nothing.
After the jog, as I was lying on the floor feeling my blood pump through my body, I thought to myself, "Maybe I should start working out more..." It would do me some good and I would be in better shape the next time my hubby asks me to go for a jog.
...Which happens to be TOMORROW!
Yes, we've decided we both need the exercise, we don't want to spend money on a gym, and there's only so much we can do in our little apartment without disturbing the neighbors. Even though I do not look forward to jogging tomorrow or the day after that and so forth, I do look forward to a healthier active lifestyle.
